G2 FIT Program is an ongoing program designed to get anyone (male or female) in GREAT shape! In this program you will condition like an athlete, with Pro-MMA Fighter, Coach and Certified Personal Trainer: Dan Gilbert. You will improve strength, conditioning, flexibility and lose body Fat. If you are an athletically minded competitive person that enjoys a group/team dynamic that's not afraid of little sweat this program is for you! This program involves olympic style lifts, pullups, box jumps, tire flips and many more effective exercises. The above schedule is flexible. Ideally you strive for 3-4 workouts per week, with a minimum of 2.
Personal Training and Private Sessions are also always available. Personal Training to get you to your fitness goals and private sessions to work on mma, boxing or wrestling techniques are services also offered by G2 Training Center.
